How Como 1907 Ticket Sales Work, Phase by Phase
Como 1907 sells single-match tickets in phases, and the club's own notice for Como v Parma in 2025/26 spells out how each phase worked. The club states plainly: you do not have to be a member to buy tickets, however members are given priority. Each priority code, the first seven characters of a Fiscal Seal code, allows up to two tickets in the same section in one transaction. For that match, payment was by Revolut only for the first two days of sale, and no refunds were offered on tickets bought in early or general sale.
The Parma example ran phase 1 for Spring Pack holders, phase 2 for season-ticket holders, who could also buy on behalf of others, together with unused Spring Pack priority and holders of a previous cup-match ticket. General sale followed, opening for everyone. For a Sunday match nine days later, phase 1 opened Wednesday at 16:00, phase 2 Thursday at 18:00 and general sale Friday at 18:00.

For Como v Parma in 2025/26, the away section went on sale only once the date and kick-off were confirmed, and it was restricted to holders of a Parma Calcio Fidelity Card, at $46.10 (€40) each including presale and service fees. Residents of the Province of Parma could not buy tickets for the home sectors at all.
The Milan example
For Como-Milan in the 2023/24 season, guest-sector general sale opened six days before the match and closed at 19:00 the day before, with no guest-sector sale on matchday. The price was $40.40 (€35) plus commission, sold then on comofootball.vivaticket.it and at Vivaticket outlets. Residents of the Como province needed the Milan fidelity card to buy a guest-sector ticket, so the residence rule cuts both ways.
What to do
Check your own club's away-ticket channel first, since the visiting club usually controls allocation. Do not travel to Como expecting to buy an away ticket on matchday. If you are a Como resident wanting to see your own team as a visitor elsewhere, expect to need that club's fidelity card.

Buyers must first activate the free Como Passport, and sales opened to renewal holders and then to general phases reserved for holders of at least one Como Cup 2026 match ticket. Original ID is required for every ticket holder, a health card is enough for children under 14, and up to 4 season tickets can be bought per transaction. Payment was Revolut only for the first 48 hours.
The club states that single-match prices may vary by opponent, kick-off time and seat availability, which is why no per-match ladder is printed here. The new Curva Como Ovest now holds 4,258 seats, and 20-match season tickets are not available in Curva Est.

In a 2024 announcement the Comune di Como set the official capacity at 7,498, after adding about 1,000 seats. The club's own 2026/27 season-ticket page says the new Curva Como Ovest alone now holds 4,258 seats, so the ground is being rebuilt stand by stand. No newer whole-stadium figure has been published, so 7,498 remains the last official whole-ground number.
Box office
The stadium box office is at the G. Sinigaglia Stadium with access from Viale Sinigaglia 2, and season tickets could be bought there in person as well as online. The club does not publish general box-office opening hours, so check the club's match notice for sale times.
